The world has no answers. There is nothing new in the world that hasn’t been done in the past. People change, cultures change, but in the end, it is all the same. Temptation, sin, guilt, shame, repentance, forgiveness, freedom – these pathways still exist. Take heed, lest ye fall. No one escapes, but some overcome by what I have done on the cross. Put your hope in Me.

You will know them by their fruit. Which fruit is important? Avoiding sinful behavior or bringing life to others? Is healing fruit? Is salvation fruit? Is it being filled with My Spirit? Is it changed lives going deeper into surrender to Me? What pleases Me – sacrificial service, worship, obedience, love, abiding, repentance? Do I change in this?

3-25-21

What will move a man? What will stir him up to action? He will defend those he loves. He will defend himself. If he is tender, he will be moved by suffering and loss. If he knows Me, he will be touched by worship in My Presence. Are these feelings reliable? What is a broken and contrite heart? Only a sinner knows this in repentance, true repentance and sorrow over his sin and the effects on others, and his relationship with God. Humility is born out of this. Understanding of his relationship with his Creator and Savior. He who loves much is forgiven much. I don’t rejoice in the pain of repentance from sin, but I know its fruit, and it is good in the heart.

I did not say to go and make Bible studies, but disciples. As you learned, studies of My Word is something to do too, for those you make disciples. Convert, baptize, teach. Fellowship is also needed as people need care and community.

Be at peace for I have overcome the world, even My body the church. Trust Me to take care of My body. My Spirit is at work always.

Preparation – how do you prepare to disciple others? What did Jesus teach, what did He demonstrate, how did He live before His disciples? What did Paul teach and Peter? How did people of faith live? Look to Jesus and ask My Spirit to guide you. Each person is unique with their life experiences and issues. I am with you to bring you to the end of your days. My purposes will be accomplished in your life. Trust Me.
